The NorAm OCR Championships will be held August 10-12, 2018 at Stratton Mountain Resort. The full address of the resort is:

Athletes are required to qualify to compete based on his/her performance at specific Qualifying Races. Participants are required to provide proof of results at the time of registration. Please review our Qualifying Races & Criteria for further info.

Athletes must also be citizens or legal residents of a nation in North or Central America.

There are three events for athletes to compete in: 3K, 15K and Team Relay and each of these events have distinct divisions.

15K DISTANCE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

Age Group

  • Male: 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50+
  • Female: 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50+

Journeyman

The Journeyman Division is an exclusive wave reserved for the most passionate Obstacle Course Racers. There are no finishing results requirement (i.e. third in your age group) to compete in this wave. Instead, athletes are required to complete any three obstacle course races between August 20, 2017 and August 1, 2018. Non-cash prizes are awarded for the winners of these divisions. Space in these waves are strictly limited.

3K DISTANCE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

Journeyman

Note: There are no qualification requirements for the Team Relay event.

The NorAm OCR Championship is a premier athletic competitions. As such, entry fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and may not be deferred to another year.

Refunds, transfers, or deferments of entries are not granted for any reason, including injury, pregnancy, military exercise or deployment, and family emergencies. We regret that we cannot make exceptions.

Note: Athletes unable to compete due to the above reasons or other personal circumstances may defer their qualification status to the following year. The following year’s registration fee is not waived in these instances.

The NorAm OCR Championships are intended to be a competition between the best obstacle course racers in their respective divisions. As such, transfers of race entries are strictly prohibited.
